Refund policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • If you change your mind, you can cancel your order any time before shipment for a refund, returned via your original payment method.

  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


2. Our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • If you’re not satisfied, return the product within 14 days of receipt for a refund. A restocking fee may apply.

  • Defective or damaged products: Full refund (product cost + shipping if we paid).

  • Non-defective returns: Refund applies to product cost only; return shipping is at your expense.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all accessories included.

  • Returns sent beyond the 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund, except for qualified warranty claims.


3. Return Procedure

  1. Contact support@vaultai.us with your order number and reason for return to receive:

    • A return shipping address.

    • A prepaid return label (if applicable).

  2. Pack the product securely to avoid damage in transit.

  3. Ship the item back and email the tracking number to our support team.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.


4. Inspection & Approval

  • Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Refunds are processed only for eligible returns.

  • If the product is damaged or returned outside of policy terms, we may decline the refund or issue a partial one.


5. Warranty Claims

  • VaultAI comes with a one-year limited warranty.

  • For defects or quality issues within one year of delivery:

    • Contact support@vaultai.us with order details and evidence of the issue.

    • We will repair or replace the device based on the severity of the defect.

      If the device is irreparable and no replacements are available, a partial refund will be provided based on usage.

       

6. Shipping & Liability

  • For approved returns, if a prepaid label was issued, VaultAI covers return shipping costs.

  • If you’re returning for non-quality reasons, you are responsible for return shipping and safe packaging.

  • VaultAI is not liable for damage or loss during transit if you ship without a prepaid label or choose your own method.
