Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver orders for all VaultAI hardware products. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

 

1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We ship using reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on destination and service availability.

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:

    • Standard Ground: 3–7 business days

    • Expedited: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping:

    • Delivery times vary by country and customs clearance process. Typical transit: 7–14 business days.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and chosen delivery speed.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions—details will be shown on the product page or during checkout.

 

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes set by your country.

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • VaultAI is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide; however, certain regions may be excluded due to export regulations or carrier limitations.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes for high-value items.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact support@vaultai.us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging/product.

  • We will file a claim with the carrier and either replace your item or issue a refund once the claim is approved.

 

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

  • VaultAI is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

8. Split Shipments

  • If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately for faster delivery at no additional cost to you.

 

9. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships.

  • You can track your shipment directly via the carrier’s website.
